Event-Agency specialized in the region "Ahrtal", between Bonn and the Nürburgring; many "all-inclusive-programmes" like team-buildings, evening-events, incentives – a lot of fun is guaranteed; own cabins in the vineyards: wether during a Segway©-tour, during geocaching, crossgolfing, nordic-walking-biathlon, timber games, curling in summer- and winter-time or during a "walking-Wine-tasting" – all programmes are individual made for our guests. Our strength: we – the AhrTours-Team – are at home in the Ahrtal, we know everything about our countryside, people, locations and more!

Our offers 

Charming cabin-night 

nullRustic or fine-rustic – the Adenbachhütte is the ideal location for a pleasant, informal evening. The cabin is located in a small wood in the middle of the vineyards. E.g.: Excellent wines from the region accompany a barbecue or a gourmet-buffet. 15 to 300 persons

Vineyard-rallye 

nullFun and motivation in the team is offered in a regionally typical competition, the vineyard-rallye. This challenge can e.g. take place during a walk through the vinyards with disciplines like cooperage, corking and uncorking winebottles, blind-wine-tasting, knocking wine stakes etc., 15 to 500 persons

Team-cooking-event 

nullThis kind of cooking is not a classic cooking-seminar. The location is not a typical kitchen but a rustic cabin, which is located in a small forest in the middle of the vineyards.The teams will do e.g. a complete salmon, salad, dessert, filets in a giant pan etc. Assistance-cooks will be helping and giving tips. 5 to 100 persons

Soapbox-challenge 

nullSoapboxes – that´s a lot of fun! We offer complete assembly kits for creating such a "racing car". Most exciting: finally there will be a special race for all the teams. Within every team technical and communicative skills are demanded. The teams get all the necessary tools like srew-drivers, paint, and brushes for the design etc. 15 to 150 persons
